After years of installing metal roofing and decking, we knew there had to be a more efficient, and safer way to do our job. So that is when we decided to develop some kind of fall protection system that would work with us, instead of against us. Our first attempt at this was good, but needed to be better. So back in the lab we went, changing and improving our design with the help of engineers.
Safety brings first aid to the uninjured
- F. S. Hughes
After further extensive research in fall protection and design, we were ready for the next step. We reached out to several accredited engineers to help with the extremely important task of independently testing our system.
Using their expertise in physics, computer simulations/models, etc., we were able to make changes where needed and improve our fall protection system even further. Until we reached our goal.
After countless hours and extensive testing, our system has exceeded our expectations. Our fall protection system was independently tested and verified using OSHA standards and regulations. Utilizing our knowledge of fall protection, we have and continue, to perform live tests in the field(check them out on Facebook). Doing so allows us to document the system in action, and also practice our rescue plan, which is a critical part of a safety and fall protection plan. Each live test proves time and time again, exactly what we now expect from our system. Which is to exceed the standards and keep our employees, and you, safe!
